Take clear photos of the damage, the box, and the shipping label right away. Damage claims reported past 24 hours of delivery may not be upheld. For freight deliveries, note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us immediately as soon as you discover any damage so our team can help. For setups eligible for mounting and balancing (not all), you can select this service as an add-on before checkout. When both the wheel and tire are eligible, the option will automatically appear. You can also add TPMS sensors and a Wheel Installation Kit, which consists of lug nuts and—if your setup requires them—hub rings.
Yes! You must enter your discount code at checkout to reduce your total order price before you select your payment method.
Yes. Suspension modifications change which wheel and tire sizes will fit without rubbing. When you text, call, or email us for a fitment check, please let us know if you have a lift or level kit installed so we can recommend the cleanest fit.
In many cases, yes. For example, large freight shipments (wheel and tire packages), the carrier may call you to schedule a delivery appointment to ensure someone is there to sign for the package.
Don't panic! For multi-piece ground shipments, it is completely normal for items to be delivered on different days and in separate batches. Tires and wheels often scan and travel independently through the carrier's network, so you may see one or more items marked as delivered while the rest are still in transit. If you are still missing items 72 hours after the first delivery, please email us at support@shopwheelxpress.com and we will track down the remaining pieces
Total processing and shipping times can range from 3–10 business days. You will receive an automated email with your tracking number(s) as soon as it goes live.
